Important News - New e-payslip system

Over the next six months we will be transferring all users in stages to a new e-payslip system. We will let you know you have moved to the new system either by post to your home address or via email to your ‘’ address with details of your new password and PIN. Your username will remain the same.

Why are we getting a new e-payslip system?

The current e-payslip system is being replaced to bring user improvements. This will include the ability for you to reset your own password and receive PIN reminders via the system, rather than having to contact the E-Payslip support team.

All you need to do is register an email address in the new e-payslip system when you first log in.

What do I need to do?

If you do not have a ‘’ email address, you need to make sure we hold the correct home address for you so you receive your new password and PIN. Please check your address on the top left of your most recent payslip and if this is not correct, please update this using one of the methods below:

  • ESS –if you have access
  • Ask your manager to update this on your behalf via MSS
  • Complete a Change of personal details form and send this to Payroll Services.

How will I access the new system?

You will only be able to access the new system when you have received a letter or email from us. The old system will eventually be turned off, so it is really important that you log into the new system when you receive your letter or email.

The link to the new e-payslip system is - – please do not try to use this link until you have received an email or letter from us to notify that you have been moved to the new system.
